Win A Designer Wardrobe from Splash - Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter The promoter is Elevate Wholesale Agency Pty Ltd trading as Splash Sydney Show (ABN: 30 675 961 592) of Suite 105, 304–318 Kingsway, Caringbah NSW 2229 (“Promoter”). 

2. Eligibility Entry is open to individuals who: 

  • Register and attend the Splash Sydney Show or the Atelier powered by Splash on either 12, 13, 14 or 15 May 2025. 

  • Are buyers, meaning their job title includes the term “buyer” or they are attending the event in a professional buying capacity. 

  • All individuals who enter must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. 

  • Are not employees of the Promoter or their immediate family members. 

3. Competition Period The competition opens at 9:00 AM AEST on Monday, 31 March 2025, and closes at 8 PM AEST on Thursday, 15 May 2025 (“Competition Period”). 

4. How to Enter To enter the competition, eligible individuals must: 

One entry per person per day. Maximum of 4 entries per person. 

5. Prize Details There is one prize to be won. The prize consists of ten (10) x $1,000 e-gift vouchers from participating designer brands. 

  • The total prize pool is valued at $10,000 AUD inclusive of GST. E-gift voucher terms and conditions will apply as specified by each issuing brand. 

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

  • Participating brands:

    • Daniel Wellington 

    • Lack of Colour 

6. Prize Draw 

  • The winner will be drawn at random on Monday, 19 May 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST at Suite 105, 304–318 Kingsway, Caringbah NSW 2229. 

  • Winner will be contacted via email within 2 business days of the draw. 

  • The Promoter may publish the names of the winner on the Splash Sydney Show website or social media pages. 

7. Unclaimed Prizes If a prize remains unclaimed for more than three (3) months after the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw using the same method and location, on a date to be determined. 

8. Privacy By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting the competition. All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy. 

9. General 

  • This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. 

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions. 

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

10. Permit Information 

This promotion is being conducted in New South Wales only and complies with the rules for trade promotions under the NSW Fair Trading guidelines. A permit is not required as entry is free and the prize is awarded by chance.
